The 2,020-square foot Unit #2726 is part of the Oceania development, which was built in 1993 in the Seaside Sunny Isles Beach neighborhood.

Mr. Einbund is a lawyer and the founder and vice president of New York Nuclear Corp. He has has been active in all areas of nuclear fuel brokerage and had served as a counsel at Transnuclear Inc., was a founding member at Nukem Inc., a founding principal at Washington Nuclear Corp. and has taught law courses at the University of Montpellier International Law School.

He attended the City University of New York, Pace Law School, and New York University Law School.
