Mr. Einbund is a lawyer and the founder and vice president of New York Nuclear Corp. He has has been active in all areas of nuclear fuel brokerage and had served as a counsel at Transnuclear Inc., was a founding member at Nukem Inc., a founding principal at Washington Nuclear Corp. and has taught law courses at the University of Montpellier International Law School.

He attended the City University of New York, Pace Law School, and New York University Law School.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 742 condo sales in Sunny Isles Beach during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $245,000.
