Luke and Joan Briant bought a three-bedroom, three-bath home at 302 Hammock Point N. in Jupiter from Perry Lee Lyle for $377,000 on Oct. 28.

The 3,128-square-foot house was built in 1996 in the Jupiter South/Abacoa neighborhood.

Mr. Briant was a project engineer at Perry Slingsby Systems Inc., an internationally recognized provider of remote intervention technologies and equipment systems.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,109 home sales in Jupiter during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $230,000.
