Kelly Pillon sold a three-bedroom, two-bath condo at 3000 S. Ocean Blvd. in Boca Raton to Anthony Sebastiano for $530,000 on Oct. 15.

Pillon bought Unit #2010 for $325,000 in June 2002. The 1,782-square-foot condo is part of the Three Thousand South, a development in the Boca Raton Eastside neighborhood.

Pillon is the vice president of sales and marketing at Fountain Homes in West Palm Beach.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 645 condo sales in Boca Raton during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $226,476.
