Medium 426a8113868dbe9e064621e59dac0817 Judith Levis Markhoff bought a three-bedroom, three-bath home at 4246 N.W. 46th Lane in Boca Raton from Marion Ruth Brown, Michael D. Ginsberg and George Watt Marital for $300,000 on Oct. 22.

The 2,313-square-foot house was built in 1996 in the Boca Raton Northwest neighborhood.

Ms. Markhoff is a philanthropist who is active with several charities, including the Jewish Association for Residential Care, the Jewish National Fund and the Friends of the Israeli Defense Fund.
