Dr. Orin S. Kaufman and Patricia Wylie Kaufman sold a two-bedroom, two-bath condo at 4101 N. Ocean Blvd. in Boca Raton to Snowdrop Florida Inc. for $535,000 on Oct. 27.

Dr. Kaufman paid $360,000 for the 1,697-square-foot Unit #1603 in Sept. 2000. It is part of the Sea Ranch Club of Boca development, which was built in 1990 in the Boca Raton Eastside neighborhood.

Dr. Kaufman has been a family physician in Jamaica, N.Y. He has been practicing for 29 years.

He graduated from the Des Moines University College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1976.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 655 condo sales in Boca Raton during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $225,000.
