Caio and Andrea Gouveia bought a five-bedroom, three-bath home at 12205 Rockledge Circle in Boca Raton from Randy S. Mouallem for $500,000 on Oct. 16.

The 3,343-square-foot house was built in 1996 in the Greater Mission Bay neighborhood.

Mr. Gouveia is a MicroStrategy SDK consultant at Citi Group and the owner of Data Meaning Services Group, a consulting company that provides business intelligence services. Previously, he worked as a senior microstrategy consultant at Bed Bath and Beyond and as a senior data warehouse consulting at Freddie Mac.

He attended the American University Kogod School of Business and George Mason University.

Ms. Gouveia is a coach at Soccer The Brazilian Way. She is experienced in coaching and training youth soccer teams in Brazil and has developed several programs for developing skills, tactics and conditioning for young players.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,693 sales in Boca Raton during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $168,250.
