Rand Araskog and his wife, Jessie, sold a seven-bath home at 12980 Brynwood in Unincorporated Palm Beach Gardens to David and Kathleen Graciano for $2.14 million on Oct. 29.

The 13,122-square-foot house was built in 1989 in the Eastpointe/Old Marsh neighborhood.

Mr. Araskog has served as a principal at RVA Investments. He was the chief executive officer, executive vice president, defense space group vice president and president of ITT, a high-technology engineering and manufacturing company.

He graduated from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and Harvard University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,655 home sales in Unincorporated Palm Beach Gardens during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $74,000.
