Steinhauer is the owner and president of Pebworth Properties Inc., a real estate brokerage specializing in commercial, industrial and investment real estate.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 980 home sales in Palm Beach Gardens during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $249,000.
