Scott and Elizabeth Begovich sold a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 701 Weldwood Road in Jupiter to Cesar Longinos and Sandra Montoya for $302,000 on Aug. 6.

The Begoviches paid $225,000 for the property in Jan. 2004. The 3,167-square-foot home in Jupiter Central/Loxohatchee Club was built in 1982. It is located in the Brentwood subdivision.

Mr. Begovich is director of the racing team AMF Offshore Racing in Riviera Beach.

The Begoviches previously sold a home at 6269 Foster St. in Jupiter for $254,000 in Dec. 2003. They also bought the home at 15602 85th Ave. N. in Unincorporated Palm Beach Gardens for $462,000 on Aug. 6.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,219 home sales in Jupiter during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $230,000.
