Emergency physician bargains South Point condo

Medium 6e80d2bbce6b4f8efa0f43ce6e99e8f5 Judson Krosney sold a one-bedroom, one-bath condo at 400 Alton Road Unit #508 in Miami Beach to Luis E. Varela for $415,000 on Oct. 29.

Dr. Krosney paid $500,000 for the unit in Aug. 2004. The 1,206-square-foot condo is part of Murano Grande at Portofino condo development, which was built in 2003. It is located in South Point.

Dr. Krosney is an emergency medicine physician at Cleveland Clinic Hospital in Weston. He is also affiliated with Memorial Hospital West and Baptist Hospital of Miami.

He completed his medical degree at UMDNJ Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in New Jersey and his residency at Beth Isreal Medical Center in New York City.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,365 condo sales in Miami Beach during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $250,000.
