Jay Fung bought a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 604 Enfield Court in Delray Beach from Sherry L. Capano for $416,000 on Dec. 17.

Capano paid $650,000 for the property in June 2005. The 3,150-square-foot house was built in 2001 in Delray Beach Central.

Mr. Fung is an engineering operations manager at Motorola, Inc.

He attended the University of Central Florida's College of Business Administration.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,118 home sales in Delray Beach during the past 12 months, with median sales price of $133,900.
