Health plan administrator buys in Boca Raton for $1.9M

Medium cb44e141d5eecb704f09036eabc78bf2 Peggy A. Edelheit and Robert D. Edelheit bought a four-bedroom home at 9356 Grand Estates Way in Boca Raton from David A. Leiman and Sharon Leiman for $1.875 million on Dec. 5.

The 8,020-square-foot house was built in 2003 at Oaks at Boca Raton subdivision in Whisper Walk.

Robert Edelheit is the president of United Group Programs Inc., a health plan administrator firm.

According to, there have been 2,505 home sales in Boca Raton during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $130,000.
