Engineering exec sells condo in Miami Beach for $1.2M

Medium 9dc9a6d4d6fb18552b335e41108c1f6f Adrian Zaccaria and Mary Zaccaria sold a three-bedroom, three-bath home at 4201 Collins Ave. in Miami Beach to David Beall and Lauren Beall for $1.2 million on Jan. 13.

Adrian Zaccaria and Mary Zaccaria paid $825,000 for the property in June 2002. The 1,980-square-foot Unit 1903 is part of the 67-unit, 25-story La Tour condo development, which was built in 1995.

Adrian Zaccaria serves as the president and COO of Bechtel Enterprises Holdings, Inc., the development, finance and investment department of the Bechtel Group, Inc. , a global engineering company, headquartered in San Francisco, Calif. He also serves as the vice chairman at Bechtel Group, Inc. Prior to that, he worked with General Dynamics Corporation.

He earned his B.S. in nautical science from the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 66 condo sales in Miami Beach during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $1.2 million.
