Swersky serves as the president of The MelTech Group, a provider of business advisory services to CEO's and executive management teams. She is also the vice chair of the Commonwealth Institute. She has experience in executive management and finance in software and service companies.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 2,559 condo sales in Fort Lauderdale during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $170,000.
