Display company CEO sells Fort Lauderdale 4BD

Medium 0af27a22e2604f67009e959f5f6eb51b Edward and Rosanne Wohlwender sold a four-bedroom, two-bath home at 2771 N.E. 58th St. in Fort Lauderdale to Stuart and Iris Socol for $785,000 on Oct. 2.

The Wohlwenders paid $830,000 for the property in June 2004. The 4,291-square-foot home in the Fort Lauderdale North neighborhood was built in 1985.

Mr. Wohlwender is the president and chief executive officer of POP Displays, a display solutions provider headquartered in Yonkers, N.Y. Prior to POP Displays, he served as the senior vice president of operations support at TOUSA Inc., was a senior vice president at Standard Register and was a senior manager at Ernst & Young LLP.

He has a B.S. from the United States Military Academy and an M.B.A. from the Xavier University School of Business Administration.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 3,724 sales in Fort Lauderdale during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $180,000.
