Schacter and Hoffman paid $747,427 for the property in November 2006, the same year the 3,025-square-foot home was built in Johnathan's Landing/Admiral's Cove. It is part of the Botanica subdivision.

Block is an enterprise architect, development manager and senior software developer at CertusView Technologies in Palm Beach Gardens. He previously served as an enterprise architect at Miles Consulting in Jupiter and as a senior software engineer at Morgan Stanley Fixed Income Structured Products in Boca Raton. He has also worked for Miles Consulting Corp., Lydian Data Services, Hewlett Packard Corp. and Intel Corp.

He received his M.B.A. from Excelsior College and his Ph.D. in computer information systems from Nova Southeastern University.

Checkers is a counselor at Jupiter Counseling.

Schacter is a real estate agent at Illustrated Properties in Jupiter.
