DHL execs get 4BD in Fort Lauderdale

Medium cd49e7ec7acaf7c89f558faa10f06829 Nikolaus and Nikola Hagleitner bought a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 733 N.E. 18th Ave. in Fort Lauderdale from John Lock for $380,000 on Sept. 24.

Lock paid $635,000 for the property in Feb. 2004. The 2,451-square-foot house, which was built in 1950, is in the Fort Lauderdale East neighborhood.

Mr. Hagleitner is a project manager at DHL. Prior to joining DHL, he was a principal consultant at Thunderbird Learning Consulting Network and an in-house consulting intern at Delphi Automotive.

He received his J.D. from Leopold Franzens Universitaet Innsbruck and earned an M.B.A. in consulting and finance from the Thunderbird Garvin School of International Management.

Ms. Hagleitner is the vice president for strategy and business development at DHL. Previously, she served as a project manager at DPWN Inhouse Consulting.

She graduated from the Thunderbird Garvin School of International Management.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 3,588 sales in Fort Lauderdale in 2008, with a median sales price of $190,000.
