Tina and Mark Rosewell bought a three-bedroom, three-bath home at 1630 N.E. First St. in Fort Lauderdale from Wesley and Angela Parker for $495,000 on Sept. 8.

The Parkers bought the property for $619,000 in Aug. 2004. The 2,081-square-foot house was built in 1974 in the Fort Lauderdale East neighborhood.

Ms. Rosewell has worked for CDPA PC as a small business analyst. She joined the accounting firm in 2008. She previously worked for Compass Group as a project manager.

She earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Alabama. She also holds associate degrees in accounting and business from Calhoun Community College.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 3,577 home sales in Fort Lauderdale in 2008, with a median sales price of $189,900.
