Buffey and Adam Klein sold a four-bedroom, four-bath home at 11460 N.W. 19th Dr. in Coral Springs to Prudential Relocation Inc. for $365,000 on Oct. 8.

The Kleins paid $515,000 for the property in Feb. 2006. The 2,850-square-foot home in the Cypress Run subdivision was built in 1982.

Klein has been of counsel at One Memphis Place, a business services and litigation law firm in Memphis, Tenn. Her practice areas include insolvency, commercial bankruptcy and corporate matters.

She has a B.A. in journalism from Texas A&M University and a J.D. from South Texas.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 2,697 condo sales in Coral Springs during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $171,500.
