Pathologist buys in Cooper City

Medium 69ff286b0caddbdcd87f484ccc39e71a Dr. Felipe A. Querimit, Jr., bought a home at 8745 S.W. 57th St. in Cooper City from Dmitri, Nina and Imma Olimpiev for $350,000 on Oct. 7.

The Olympievs paid $363,000 for the property in Aug. 2004. The 2,552-square-foot home in the Cooper City North neighborhood was built in 1983.

Dr. Querimit has been a pathologist at Pathology Associates of New Jersey. He has been affiliated with Hackettstown Community Hospital, St. Clare's Hospital-Sussex and Saint Clare's Hospital.

He earned his M.D. from the University of Santo Tomas and completed his training in colon and rectal surgery at Barnert Memorial Hospital Center.

Dmitri Olympiev is a realtor consultant at United Realty Group. He specializes in selling residential and commercial real estate in Broward and Dade counties.
