Lauris Boulanger sold a three-bedroom, three-bath condo at 704 N. Ocean Blvd. in Pompano Beach to Acacio Lobo for $680,000 on Oct. 6.

Boulanger paid $1.2 million for the 2,599-square-foot Unit #804 in Jan. 2008. It is part of the 10-story Luna Ocean Residences, which were completed in 2008.

Boulanger is the president of Lauris Boulanger Inc., a family-owned general contracting and construction management based in North Miami Beach.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,424 condo sales in Pompano Beach during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $105,000.
