Issa and Erica Gary bought a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 3401 N. Park Rd. in Hollywood from Erik Mendelson for $355,000 on Oct. 2.

Mendelson paid $659,200 for the property in Dec. 2005. The 3,624-square-foot home in the Hollywood Central neighborhood was built in 1977.

Issa Gary is a real estate construction administration officer at SunTrust Bank in Tampa.

She attended the University of Central Florida College of Business Administration.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 2,936 home sales in Hollywood during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $133,000.
