Staffing firm recruiter buys Coral Springs 4BD

Medium a68a6be11e29a755e208649a4c9a2181 Andrea and James Grindey bought a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 6564 N.W. 43rd Court in Coral Springs from Ronald and Peggy Dearing for $382,000 on Oct. 2.

The Dearings paid $420,000 for the property in July 2004. The 3,163-square-foot home in the Turtle Run subdivision was built in 1990.

Ms. Grindey is a senior executive recruiter at the Miami office of Ajilon Professional Staffing, a recruiting and project consulting firm. Prior to joining the firm in 2006, she served as vice president of operations at Barbizon International LLC and was an executive director at Premier Models and Talent in Hawaii.

She has a B.A. from the University of Hawaii-Manoa.

Mr. Dearing is a board member and executive administrator at the Palm Beach Florida chapter of the National Safety Council. He previously served as the city commissioner for Coconut Creek.

He has a B.S. in management from Florida Atlantic University.
