Terry and Cynthia Fleegle bought a five-bedroom, three-bath home at 10416 N.W. Sixth St. in Coral Springs from Michael E. Weitzman for $390,000 on Oct. 2.

Weitzman paid $113,000 for the property in March 2003. The 3,666-square-foot home in the Coral Springs Southwest neighborhood was built in 1989.

Mr. Fleegle is a designer at the Fort Lauderdale office of Research In Motion, a designer, manufacturer and marketer of wireless solutions. He formerly served as a staff designer at Motorola.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 2,717 sales in Coral Springs during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $173,000.
