The Pazes paid $738,900 for the 1,782-square-foot Unit #2910 in March 2007. It is part of the Beach Club 3 condominium development.

Mr. Malakoff is a founding attorney at Lakeforest Title & Escrow Company in Gaithersburg, Md.

He graduated from American University Washington College of Law.

Ms. Malakoff is vice president at Lakeforest Title & Escrow Co.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,037 condo sales in Hallandale Beach during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $140,000.
