Africa tour company execs sells 4BD in Fort Lauderdale

Medium 8133f397a3d18bd1b9f2155b18a916b7 Mark W. Nolting and his wife, Alison, sold a four-bedroom, two-bath home at 2811 N.E. 55th Place in Fort Lauderdale to Harvey and Robin Reich for $650,000 on Oct. 19.

The 3,201-square-foot house in the Fort Lauderdale North neighborhood was built in 1978.

Mr. Nolting serves as the president and founder of the Africa Adventure, a company he started in 1986. He has spent more than 25 years exploring and researching the African continent. He is the author of Africa's Top Wildlife Countries and African Safari Journal.

Mrs. Nolting serves as the director of tours and marketing at the Africa Adventure. Previously, she served as the president of the Florida chapter of the Association for the Promotion of Travel to Africa.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 3,742 home sales in Fort Lauderdale during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $180,000.
