The 1,913-square-foot Unit #2302 is one of 29 condos in the development at 1200 Hillsboro Mile, which was built in 2008 in the Hillsboro Beach North neighborhood.

Marrano is the president of Marrano/Marc Equity, a home builder in West Seneca, N.Y.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 61 condo sales in Hillsboro Beach during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $247,000.
