Company CEO buys Maya Marca condo

5322fd60ebfede0484dd83309659af9b Haideh Mirmesdagh and Mehrdad Farjadian bought a two-bedroom, two-bath condo at 3000 Holiday Drive Unit #1101 in Fort Lauderdale from Frederick J. Carnes Jr. and Norma A. Carnes for $356,000 on Nov. 22.

The Carnes bought the property for $317,500 in Feb. 2003. The unit is part of the Maya Marca condo development, which was built in 1967.

Farjadian works as CEO of Vaultronics. Previously, Farjadian had worked as senior manager at Nortel Networks.

Farjadian studied his M.B.A. at The University of Texas-Dallas.

According to, there have been 92 condo sales in Fort Lauderdale during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $250,000.
