Shannon Kain Fassanella and Thomas S. Fassanella bought a four-bedroom, two-bath home at 1854 S.W. 105th Ave. in Davie from Lydia M. Slattery for $475,000 on Nov. 22.

Slattery paid $660,000 for the property in Oct. 2005. The 2,913-square-foot home in Davie Central was built in 1992. It is located in the Ridgeview Lake Estates subdivision.

Fassanella is an associate in the appellate and insurance coverage divisions at the Miami office of the law firm Hicks, Porter, Ebenfeld & Stein, P.A.

She received her bachelor's degree in finance and international business from University of Central Florida and her law degree from St. Thomas University School of Law.

The Fassanellas previously sold a home at 9440 S.W. 50th Court in Cooper City for $200,000 on Sept. 1.

Slattery also sold a home at 364 Golden Beach Drive in Golden Beach for $1.658 million in Oct. 2005.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,711 home sales in Davie during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $150,500.
