Samrat Singh Tandon and Shailee Tandon bought a five-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 11785 N.W. Second St. in Plantation from Scott R. Rochon and Lisa L. Rochon for $430,000 on Nov. 16.

The Rochons paid $665,000 for the property on Oct. 2005. The 3,034-square-foot, two-story house in St. James subdivision was built in 2004.

Mr. Tandon holds the position of director global services for customer care and billing at Irdeto, a software security and media technology company. Previously, he worked at Convergys and held several managerial positions. He was also a consultant at Apria Healthcare and a member of the technical staff at HCL Consulting.

He attended Punjabi University.

Ms. Tandon is a QA lead at Citrix Systems. Before joining Citrix, she was senior QA at Symitar, Jack Henry and Associates, lead QA analyst at Fidelity National Information Services and system analyst both in Convergys and Sertlite Software.

She attended University of Mumbai.
