Noell Aikman and Lloy Anderson sold a two-bedroom, two-bath condo at 2501 S. Ocean Drive Unit #1025 in Hollywood to Marisa Mazzotta for $320,000 on Nov. 15.

Aikman and Anderson paid $465,405 for the property on July 2004. The unit is part of the 551 residential units in The Wave condominiums, which was built in 1969 and completed its conversion in 2004.

Dr. Aikman is an OB/GYN at Lakeshore OB/GYN in New Jersey.

She graduated from UMDNJ Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in 1988, and completed her residency at Jersey Shore Medical Center in 1992.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 2,084 condo sales in Hollywood during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $110,000.
