The 2,731-square-foot house was built in 1992 at Sabal Pines in Coconut Creek North.

Mr. Musillo is director of sales at Health Service Providers in Miami.

He was national sales manager at Neighbor's Moving & Storage.

He earned his bachelor's at the University of Central Florida in 1999 and his M.B.A. at the University of Phoenix.
