Edward L. and Ana M. Ristaino bought the three-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 1100 S.E. 5th Court in Fort Lauderdale from Jane Krider Eubanks for $1.3 million on Dec. 6, 2010.

The 4,255-square-foot Rio Vista house was built in 1995 in Fort Lauderdale East.

Mr. Ristaino is a shareholder in Akerman's corporate practice group and a chair of the sports law practice. He focuses his practice on representation of professional sports teams and venues, arenas and stadiums, and municipal and county governments. Some of his clients includes the Miami Dolphins, the Florida Panthers, and the National Football League, as well as a number of individual sports teams, owners, and sports-related entities.

He holds an LL.M. from the University of Miami School of Law, a J.D. from the Notre Dame School of Law and a B.S. from Stonehill College.
