Steven and Martha Grossberg bought a two-bedroom, two-bath condo at 3101 S. Ocean Blvd. in Highland Beach from Ronald H. Stacey for $310,000 on Aug. 25.

The 988-square-foot Unit #524 is part of the Penthouse Towers development.

Mr. Grossberg is the owner of 1Busyman's Budget Video Games, a video game retailer based in West Palm Beach. He is also president of the Internet Merchants Association.

He attended St. Peter's College.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 122 home sales in Highland Beach in 2008, with a median sales price of $375,000.
