Helen Messic and Charles A. Schumacher sold a three-bedroom, four-bath home at 11248 Old Harbour Road in Unincorporated North Palm Beach to Walter M. Ross for $1.32 million on Jan. 16.

Messic and Schumacher paid $1.25 million for the property in July 2012. The 2,800-square-foot home was built in 1989 in Juno Ridge East. It is part of the Old Port Village subdivision.

According to her public ZoomInfo profile, Messic is an honorary life chairman of the Hospice Foundation of Palm Beach County Inc., the philanthropic arm of Spectrum Health Inc. and its subsidiaries. She is the founder of Hospice of Palm Beach County in West Palm Beach. She has also served as a board member of Black Tie Magazine.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 72 home sales in Unincorporated North Palm Beach during the past 12 months, with a median sale price of $480,000.
