The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in New Miami rose by $17,275 while total sales decreased by 45.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $60,375 - a 40.1% increase over the $43,100 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in New Miami in the second quarter of 2019.
