The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Norwood rose by $22,100 while total sales increased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were 88 homes sold, with a median sale price of $182,000 - a 13.8% increase over the $159,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 77 homes sold in Norwood in the second quarter of 2019.
