Euclid home prices rise in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Euclid rose by $5,000 while total sales decreased by 22.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were 221 homes sold, with a median sale price of $75,000 - a 7.1% increase over the $70,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 286 homes sold in Euclid in the third quarter of 2019.
