Lockland home prices rise in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Lockland rose by $15,000 while total sales decreased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $84,000 - a 21.7% increase over the $69,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Lockland in the third quarter of 2019.
