St. Bernard home prices rise in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in St. Bernard rose by $7,000 while total sales increased by 15.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were 30 homes sold, with a median sale price of $84,500 - a 9% increase over the $77,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 26 homes sold in St. Bernard in the third quarter of 2019.
