Fairmont home prices fall in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Fairmont fell by $96,500 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $69,000 - a 58.3% decrease over the $165,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Fairmont in the third quarter of 2019.
