Nottingham home prices rise in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Nottingham rose by $8,300 while total sales decreased by 32.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were 87 homes sold, with a median sale price of $251,300 - a 3.4% increase over the $243,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 129 homes sold in Nottingham in the third quarter of 2019.
