Cincinnati home prices rise in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Cincinnati rose by $20,000 while total sales increased by 0.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were 1,125 homes sold, with a median sale price of $150,000 - a 15.4% increase over the $130,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 1,118 homes sold in Cincinnati in the third quarter of 2019.
