Reading home prices rise in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Reading rose by $22,000 while total sales increased by 9.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were 35 homes sold, with a median sale price of $155,000 - a 16.5% increase over the $133,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in Reading in the third quarter of 2019.
