Woodstock home prices fall in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Woodstock fell by $75,000 while total sales remained unchanged with five homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $350,000 - a 17.6% decrease over the $425,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Woodstock in the third quarter of 2019, as well.
