Parkland home prices rise in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Parkland rose by $45,100 while total sales increased by 26.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were 179 homes sold, with a median sale price of $635,000 - a 7.6% increase over the $589,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 142 homes sold in Parkland in the third quarter of 2019.
