Phoenix home prices fall in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Phoenix fell by $102,500 while total sales decreased by 46.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $450,000 - a 18.6% decrease over the $552,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in Phoenix in the third quarter of 2019.
