North Bend home prices rise in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in North Bend rose by $315,000 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $445,000 - a 242.3% increase over the $130,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in North Bend in the third quarter of 2019.
