New Miami home prices rise in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in New Miami rose by $31,300 while total sales decreased by 41.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $105,000 - a 42.5% increase over the $73,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in New Miami in the third quarter of 2019.
