Oxford home prices fall in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Oxford fell by $19,000 while total sales increased by 4.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were 51 homes sold, with a median sale price of $186,000 - a 9.3% decrease over the $205,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 49 homes sold in Oxford in the third quarter of 2019.
